Terms of Use
Effective October 3, 2026
By creating an account or using www.threatle.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Threatle.
Threatle is in beta
Threatle is an early version. Features may change, break, or be removed, and scores or leaderboards may occasionally be reset. Your feedback helps us improve it.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- Choose a display name that isn't offensive, impersonating, or misleading. We may change or remove names that are.
Play fair
You agree not to:
- cheat, manipulate scores, or use bots or scripts to play or to climb the leaderboard;
- scrape, copy, or republish Threatle's questions, explanations, or other content;
- probe, attack, or disrupt the service, or try to access data that isn't yours. If you find a security issue, please report it to hello@threatle.com instead.
We may remove scores, suspend, or delete accounts that break these rules.
Our content
Threatle's name, logo, design, code, questions, and explanations belong to Threatle and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your own personal learning. Sharing your Daily Grid result with the built-in Share button is welcome.
Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Threatle without owing you anything for them.
Educational use only
Threatle is for learning. Its content is general information, not professional security, legal, or compliance advice, and it may occasionally contain mistakes. Always follow your organization's policies and consult qualified professionals for real incidents.
No warranty; limits on liability
Threatle is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Threatle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss of data, scores, or progress.
Ending your use
You can stop using Threatle and delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we shut the service down.
Changes and privacy
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and continuing to use Threatle means you accept the update. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
